Terms of Use
1. What Wenlong is
Wenlong ("the service", "we") is a software interface at wenlong.io and in Telegram for trading perpetual futures on the Hyperliquid exchange and for moving funds to and from it. We do not take custody of your assets, we are not an exchange, a broker, or an investment adviser, and we are not a counterparty to your trades. Trades execute on Hyperliquid under its own rules; swaps and transfers execute through third-party protocols you choose to use.
2. Self-custody and the agent key
- Deposits, positions, and withdrawals live in your own account on Hyperliquid.
- To place orders for you, the service uses a restricted agent key confined to a secure enclave. By design it can only trade; it cannot withdraw your funds. You can revoke it at any time on Hyperliquid.
- We never ask for your seed phrase or private keys. Anyone who does is not us and is trying to rob you.
3. Eligibility and lawful use
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You may not use the service where trading crypto derivatives is prohibited or where you are subject to sanctions. You are solely responsible for determining that your use is legal in your jurisdiction and for your own taxes.
- You agree not to abuse the service: no market manipulation, no attacks on our infrastructure, no attempts to exploit referral or points programs, no unlawful activity.
4. Risk disclosure
Perpetual futures are leveraged instruments. Prices are volatile; leverage amplifies losses; positions can be liquidated; deposited funds can be lost entirely and quickly. Blockchains, bridges, swap protocols, and exchanges carry additional technical and counterparty risks we do not control. Nothing in the service is financial advice — every trade is your own decision and your own risk.
5. Fees
- Orders placed through Wenlong include a builder fee (currently 0.02% of taker volume), paid on Hyperliquid alongside its own trading fees.
- Funding and withdrawal routes involve third-party protocol fees, network gas, and price spreads, shown in the interface before you confirm.
6. Points and referrals
- Season points are a discretionary loyalty metric. They are not money, not a token, not an obligation, and carry no guaranteed benefit, exchangeability, or future value. We may adjust scoring rules, correct abuse, or reset seasons.
- Referral fee allocations are discretionary portions of builder fees, calculated under the rules shown in the interface. We may modify the program prospectively and withhold amounts that result from abuse or self-dealing.
7. Third-party services
Hyperliquid, Telegram, Privy, TON Connect wallets, STON.fi/Omniston, Relay, TradingView, Cloudflare, and the underlying blockchains are independent services with their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, performance, or your losses arising from them.
8. No warranty; limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, and our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us through the service in the three months before the claim arose.
9. Changes and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, and may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use after a change means you accept it. You can stop using the service at any time — your funds remain in your own accounts regardless.
10. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Wenlong regarding the service. The English version of these terms controls. Contact: @whenlongbot.
